In store drop off Service
Our state of art Authorised Service Provider repair centres in Tewkesbury and Pontypridd are open 5 days a week. With dedicated repair staff available to diagnose your fault and advise on the best course of action.
We also realise that sometimes it's just not possible to bring your computer us, so now its possible to drop to off at one of our retail stores, based in Swansea, Worcester and Shrewsbury.
Out of Warranty Inspection Fee - Diagnostic Service £25.00 ex vat
We charge an initial inspection fee of £25.00 ex vat for all out of warranty Apple computers. We will diagnose your fault and if possible resolve the issue. Should your machine have a hardware fault we will supply you with a quote for the required parts & labour. On agreeing to proceed with your repair the inspection fee will be deducted from the total repair costs. The inspection fee of £25.00 ex vat may apply to warranty repairs if problem is found to be software related.
Out of Warranty labour fee £50.00 ex vat per hour
We charge a simple flat fee of £50.00 ex vat per hour for all out of warranty Apple computers repairs. This hourly rate doesn't include any parts, but rest assured we will explain all additional parts related costs and present you with a quotation before proceeding.
Fast Track Service, Additional £75.00 ex vat per hour
Your deadlines sometimes mean its not possible to be without your computer. To assist we have introduced a new Fast Track Service - receive priority service on all in and out of warrant repairs. There is an additional charge of £41 ex VAT for this service along with the inspection fee. Units will be assessed within a 24 hour period and repaired subject to parts availability.
Data Recovery from £60.00 ex vat
Starting from £60.00 ex VAT our data recovery services, offers fast, cost-effective data recovery solutions for all Apple Macs. Additional labour charges apply.
